Seafood ITO Training Agreement

All trainees must complete a Training Agreement with Seafood ITO before training commences.

Training Agreements enable the trainee to be registered on NZQA’s database. If you have any questions about the information required in this form please contact your Training Manager.

Completed agreements should be sent for the attention of the Administration Team at Seafood ITO, Private Bag 24-901, Wellington 6142.
